Meet the "Bailey Bunch"
	Mary Lou is originally from Minnesota, attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, then moved to Chicago where she began to raise a family in suburban Winnetka. Even then, she was extremely active in community service activities. In 1973, the lure of the Islands first attracted Mary Lou and her family. By 1978, Sanibel was home! Within a year, she received her real estate license and applied her energy and enthusiasm to helping Buyers and Sellers meet their objectives. She joined Priscilla Murphy Realty in 1983 as a Broker Associate and enjoyed 22 years of a successful career providing clients with the most reliable, attentive, professional service possible.
Mary Lou and Chuck joined "forces" in 2000 when they married and began working together. Chuck is originally from Chicago and had been coming to Sanibel for 25 years. His prior business career includes a background in accounting and finance. As an owner of many Island properties, he brings expertise in renovation and remodeling to the "BaileyBunch". From 2005 until late 2007 The Bailey Bunch worked at ReMax of the Islands. In 2007 an opportunity to join Royal Shell Preferred Properties was presented to the "Bailey Bunch" and Mary Lou and Chuck were ready to take their careers to a new level of professionalism and success at RSPP. Together, Mary Lou and Chuck enjoy the excitement of working together in the real estate profession bringing knowledge and experience to their customers and a positive assurance of the beauty of living on these enchanted Islands. Mary Lou and Chuck are members of the Sanibel Captiva Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Service has been a key ingredient in membership in all of these Associations and included serving on multiple committees, Board of Directors positions, and, as full-time Island residents, Community participation and involvement.
